  This is a place for low rent; But please dont even try coming over, if you want to maintain some self respect. The Front office treats you very bad! and threatens with charges and money for everything!

  Love this place. All the great amenities! Loving the hall ways, new toilets, and laundry rooms. The staff is amazing! Very down to earth and understanding

  DO NOT MOVE in this apartment, you will get several other apartments in same price range with better facilities. New management (Monarch Investment and Management Group) is extremely bad and cheating with tenant's money. I along with my husband stayed here for last one year and moved out on October 2017. They are not ready to refund security deposit which is more than $700. They are showing irrelevant deductions which is exactly equal to the deposit amount. With earlier management, after move out deduction was between $100-$200, they are taking whatever is deposited. We got several other examples similar to our case, comparing previous management and current management deductions.
